You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them.
Please note that custom, made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because these items are crafted specifically for you, we cannot accept them back unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
